The MagDump Airsoft Speed loader: Custom Design Overview

The MagDump airsoft speed loader custom design box was developed to address the growing demand for a robust, reliable, and precise magazine feeding solution within the airsoft community. 

The current market is saturated with inexpensive, low-quality plastic speed loaders that are susceptible to breakage during regular use, often resulting in player dissatisfaction and the search for superior alternatives.  

While certain models available in Europe claim enhanced performance, they are frequently overpriced, outfitted with non-essential features, and constructed using 3D-printed parts that are prone to premature wear.

Manufactured in the United Kingdom, the MagDump speed loader distinguishes itself through its custom stainless steel gearbox and gear sets, with the option to upgrade to titanium components for exceptional durability. 

Each MagDump speed loader is accompanied by a lifetime warranty, reflecting the manufacturer’s confidence in the product’s quality and longevity. 

Customers may select from a standard package with a comprehensive range of features or opt to enhance their unit with a variety of available upgrades to suit their specific needs.

The standard MagDump box includes a built-in 12V 1.4Ah lead acid battery with an integrated charging port, a waterproof 50-amp momentary push-to-feed switch, and a high-performance 12V brushless motor. 

The stainless steel gearbox employs gears crafted from 616-grade stainless steel to maximize resilience. 

Additionally, a brass 6.2mm feed tube equipped with an anti-jam system ensures smooth and reliable feeding during operation.

Available Upgrades

1. USB Socket for Tracer Connection: Permits users to charge a tracer unit directly from the speed loader, thereby ensuring operational readiness prior to gameplay.
2. 12V Battery Indicator: Clearly displays the status of the internal battery, allowing users to monitor charge levels and plan accordingly.
3. Internal UV Light System (Switchable): Energizes BBs before loading, a crucial feature for photoluminescent tracer rounds which require activation to enhance tracer performance.
4. Internal LED Light System (Switchable): Illuminates the interior of the speed loader, facilitating the inspection of ammunition levels and adjustment of settings in low-light conditions.
5. Speed Control Unit (PWM): An internal pulse-width modulation controller enables precise adjustment of the motor’s speed, ensuring accurate feeding of low-capacity pistol magazines.

While all upgrades are optional, they are designed to provide practical enhancements for airsoft enthusiasts, informed by extensive industry experience. Furthermore, the unit’s design incorporates neodymium magnets to facilitate straightforward servicing, enabling both the service team and competent users to perform disassembly and maintenance with ease.

Each MagDump speed loader is supplied with a lifetime guarantee, subject to the exclusion of user-inflicted damage, for which replacement parts are provided at cost price.
